Plastic pollution in Lagos has been a source of concern to the government and other stakeholders. This was why the World Bank, through its Multi-donor Trust Fund, partnered with the Lagos State Government and other stakeholders in the recycling value chain to develop high-impact recycling activities to convert plastic waste to money-making opportunities.
